Please take some time to learn how Vikri Jewels goods are manufactured before returning any of them. Most of our products are handcrafted in India by skilled artisans, making each one distinctive and slightly different from the others. As a result, the stones may differ somewhat. Natural stones and pearls are seldom exactly alike. Prior to shipping, quality control is performed on each of our items.
Only if your order was harmed in transit or you received the wrong item will returns and exchanges be considered. If your order was delivered damaged, or you received the incorrect item, you may return it in its original condition (unworn, with the original packing and the barcode).
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN IN 4 STEPS
1. Please notify us within 3 days after order receipt. To inform us, send an email to customercare@vikrijewels.com.
2. You must email us a photo of the damaged or inaccurate product before we can arrange for its return to us. The Vikri QC team will then decide whether to accept the product for return.
3. We will set up a collection of the merchandise once we have received your email and our Quality Control team has approved the return for the damaged/incorrect items.
4. We will send out the fresh, right merchandise as soon as we get the damaged or wrong items.
Any packages that are lost or damaged are not our responsibility. Any returns that we weren’t made aware of in advance are not our responsibility.
REFUNDS WILL BE MADE IN THE SITUATIONS BELOW:
1. Lost packages in transit.
In the following situations, there will be no refunds:
1. An old or incorrect delivery address.
2. Incorrect address formatting, such as using a PO Box.
3. After our separate courier agent made 3 unsuccessful delivery efforts.
4. The addressee rejected the package.
5. Size concerns. Therefore, before making your purchase, please carefully examine our sizing recommendations.
6. Products that were used or harmed when they were returned.
7. Minimal changes to the colour and design. There may be some variance from the pictures on our website because all our products are handcrafted with natural stones.
8. If the jewellery is not broken or defective.
