INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPPING TO INDIA
- In India, we provide shipping is free of charge. A fixed fee of INR 99 will be applied to orders paid for via cash on delivery.
- Rural domestic areas require one or more extra days for delivery, and items cannot be mailed to PO boxes or military addresses. Any modification required for an order will add extra time, and it will ship out in 10 working days.
- The customer’s state may add an OCTORI Duty on top of the item’s price for shipping delivered outside of DELHI. We are unable to pay back these fees because they are outside of our control.
- Any OCTORI Duty imposed by your state government is the responsibility of domestic customers. We are unable to foresee which shipments will be subject to these fees or how much they might cost.
DELIVERY METHOD:
Orders are shipped out in 7–10 business days. Rarely, a minor delay could be brought on by government interventions, natural disasters, etc.
DELIVERY CHARGES:
Standard Shipping – Free shipping is available inside India. Orders paid for by cash on delivery, however, will be assessed a fixed fee of INR 99.
PLEASE NOTE: There can be an additional fee for orders delivered to remote locations.
International Shipping Information
Delivery approach:
On our website, we provide information on international shipping costs. Depending on the location, shipping costs and travel times will change. All overseas shipments are made using FedEx or DHL. Every transit time is Monday through Saturday. Due to customs, international delivery cannot be promised in a specific amount of time.

Please Note: VAT, tariffs, and taxes will be charged in accordance with the laws of your country and are the responsibility of the client. The courier service will present you with a separate bill for these fees at the time of delivery.
The weight of your package and the shipping location determine the cost of shipping. Shipping costs are calculated by shipping companies using several variables, including package weight, customs clearance, and others. The amount of the duty cannot be given by us. WRITTEN INFORMATION REGARDING SHIPMENT
The order cut off timeframes are only offered as guidelines and do not account for potential delays brought on by payment authorization. The estimated delivery dates, which start on the day of dispatch, are only to be used as a guide.
Natural disasters and unforeseen events may create delays, for which we shall not be held liable.
Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to change it.
A signature and a copy of identification are required for every order when it is received.
There is only one destination address that can currently be used to ship each order. Orders must be placed separately if you want to ship goods to various addresses.
Within 10 to 15 working days, we do our best to deliver each item you ordered.
While we will make every effort to ship your purchase, product qualities or availability may prevent us from always being able to do so.
We only ship using reputable courier services in order to guarantee that your product gets to you as soon as possible and intact.
Before accepting delivery of the goods, if you think the packaging has been tampered with or is damaged, please refuse to accept delivery of the package and contact our customer support team at customercare@vikrijewels.com or by phone at +91 9810200421 while providing your order reference number. We will work hard to make sure that you receive a new delivery as soon as possible.
All deliveries are confirmed with a recipient’s signature and a copy of identification, and they are all completely insured.
